The AGM went smoothly under the leadership of our President acting as Chairman. Andrew Wetters was unanimously re-elected to this post as was Simon McKean to remain Secretary/Treasurer. Bob Banister stepped down from the Committee and thanks were voiced for his long standing work as a Committee member and his invaluable work in maintaining Ribble Valley as a premier show for Modern Game. Marc McCullough was elected to the Committee.

Simon's Treasurer's report showed we had a bank balance of £3631 + any interest accrued. And once again thanked Andrew Bryant for considering our club with funds from the Risca Club with it's recent dissolution.

The judges were selected for next year's National, 2003, and are Chris Birtwell, together with Klas Bjorg and Christer Larsson from Sweden. What an honour to have two Swedish judges and give us the opportunity to have most of our diehards showing, it should be a bumper show !
